Winemaker’s Tasting Notes
Pale color. Perfumed aromas of lime blossom and nutmeg. Strong mousse. Ripe and rich but quite lively, with harmonious balancing acidity giving the flavors good definition. Finishes ripe, long and generous, with excellent cut.
92 Points – Wine Spectator
Like an orchard in late spring, this blends floral and fruit notes of ripe apple, white cherry and apricot. There’s a firm backbone of zesty acidity and underlying minerality, with a lingering hint of ginger on the finish.
